Placer Sierra Bancshares Schedule of Director Annual Fees and Compensation
This document outlines the annual compensation for directors of Placer Sierra Bancshares, excluding management directors. SUMMARY SCHEDULE OF DIRECTOR COMPENSATION
Directors of Placer Sierra Bancshares (except management directors) receive annual fees for service on the Board and a Chairman fee as follows:
