Board Compensation Schedule for Directors of The Phoenix Companies, Inc. Effective January 1, 2008
This document outlines the compensation structure for directors of The Phoenix Companies, Inc., effective January 1, 2008. All board members receive a base retainer of $132,500, with additional retainers for committee chairs and members, ranging from $3,750 to $35,000 depending on the role. Directors also receive a $1,500 fee for each board or committee meeting attended beyond the anticipated annual number. Compensation is paid half in cash and half in restricted stock units (RSUs).
