SFBC International, Inc. Annual Bonus Plan for Executives (2005-2006)
SFBC International, Inc. has adopted an Annual Bonus Plan for Drs. Krinsky and Holmes and Messrs. Hantman and Natan for the 12-month period starting April 1, 2005. Under this plan, each executive may receive a bonus of up to 100% of their base salary, determined by meeting specific targets in revenue, net income, earnings per share, stock price, and operational goals. Each component accounts for up to 20% of the base salary, with bonuses awarded based on the achievement of these agreed-upon targets.

May 12, 2005
For the 12-month period beginning April 1, 2005, the maximum annual bonus payable to Drs. Krinsky and Holmes and Messrs. Hantman and Natan shall be 100% of their respective base salaries. The annual bonus shall be comprised of the following five components with the maximum amount payable under each component equal to 20% of the executives base salary, based upon the attainment of agreed upon targets:

Revenue;
2.
Net income;
3.
Earnings per share;
4.
Stock price; and
5.
Operational goals
