Peoples Bancorp Inc. agrees to provide the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), upon request, with copies of certain instruments and agreements related to the rights of holders of its long-term debt or that of its consolidated subsidiaries. This agreement applies to debt instruments not filed as exhibits with the company's 2007 Annual Report on Form 10-K, provided such debt does not exceed 10% of the company's total consolidated assets.
