Second Extension Agreement to Option to Acquire Manado Gold Property between Pengram Corporation and Agus Abidin dated March 29, 2010
Pengram Corporation and Agus Abidin have agreed to extend the due diligence period for Pengram's option to acquire the Manado Gold Property. The new deadline for completing due diligence is April 30, 2010, due to delays caused by the 2010 Winter Olympics. Both parties have signed to confirm this extension. No other terms of the original agreement are changed.

We write to confirm our agreement to amend the above-referenced letter agreement to further extend the Due Diligence Period to April 30, 2010 in order to make up for delays caused by the unavailability of persons to conduct due diligence during the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
