Amendment to Lease Agreement between Gallup & Hall Partnership and PC Connection, Inc.

Gallup & Hall Partnership and PC Connection, Inc. have agreed to amend their existing lease for the Christmas Trees Inn property in Marlow, New Hampshire. Effective January 1, 1999, the rent is set at $500 per month, payable in advance. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.

Amend or Replace the Indicated Lease Section as follows: - ---- ---- -------------------------------------------------------- 1. 3 Delete and replace with: "Tenant shall pay as rent to the Landlord, the sum of $500.00 per month, payable in advance, during the term of this Lease."
