Schedule of Change in Control Employment Agreements between P. H. Glatfelter Company and Certain Employees
This document lists employees of P. H. Glatfelter Company who are parties to Change in Control Employment Agreements. The agreements provide terms for employment in the event of a change in control of the company. The listed agreements are not filed in full because they are substantially identical to a previously filed form agreement. The key obligation is that the company and these employees are bound by the terms of the standard Change in Control Employment Agreement as previously disclosed.
