Schedule of Change in Control Employment Agreements between P. H. Glatfelter Company and Certain Employees
P. H. Glatfelter Company has entered into Change in Control Employment Agreements with several named employees. These agreements outline the terms and protections for employees if there is a change in control of the company. The agreements are substantially identical to previously filed forms and are not individually filed here. The key purpose is to provide employment security and define benefits or obligations in the event of a company takeover or similar event.
