ORBCOMM Inc. has entered into indemnity agreements with several of its directors and officers, including Marc Eisenberg, Jerome B. Eisenberg, and others. These agreements provide protection to the individuals against certain legal liabilities that may arise from their roles with the company. Marc Eisenberg has also signed similar agreements with two ORBCOMM subsidiaries. The agreements are substantially identical to a standard form previously filed as Exhibit 10.4.
