Summary
ORBCOMM Inc. has entered into indemnity agreements with several of its directors and officers, including Jerome B. Eisenberg, John P. Brady, and others. These agreements provide protection to the individuals against certain legal liabilities related to their roles. Some individuals, such as John P. Brady and Marc Eisenberg, have also signed similar agreements with ORBCOMM's subsidiaries. The agreements are substantially identical to a standard form previously filed as Exhibit 10.13.

(2) Marc Eisenberg has also entered into indemnification agreements in substantially the same form as Exhibit 10.13, in his capacity as a director, with the following subsidiaries of ORBCOMM Inc.: Satcom International Group plc. and MITE Global Communications S.A. de C.V.
