2013 Executive Officer Annualized Base Salary Schedule
This document lists the annual base salaries for the company's executive officers for 2013, effective July 1, 2013. It names each executive, their title, and their corresponding salary. The agreement sets out the compensation terms for the Chairman, President and CEO, as well as other executive vice presidents, including those responsible for finance, field operations, marketing, strategy, and legal affairs.
