ODP Corporation Executive Change in Control Severance Plan Participation Notice
This notice informs a selected executive at The ODP Corporation that they are eligible to participate in the company's Executive Change in Control Severance Plan at a specified tier level. By signing and returning the notice, the executive agrees to the terms of the plan, which provides severance benefits if their employment is terminated in connection with a change in control of the company. Participation is effective upon acceptance and commencement of the executive's new role.
