Amendment to Employment Letter with Corey Lindley Dated March 25, 2005
This amendment extends the employment arrangement between the company and Corey Lindley, Executive Vice President and President of the Greater China region, for his service as an expatriate employee in Mainland China. The extension moves the end date from June 2005 to June 2006, with both parties agreeing to consider an earlier return if circumstances change. The agreement ensures continued leadership in the region while allowing flexibility for both the company and Mr. Lindley.

We previously entered into an employment letter effective August 8, 2002 (as supplemented by a Letter of Understanding dated December 22, 2003) with Corey Lindley, our Executive Vice President and President of our Greater China operating region regarding his service as an ex-patriot employee in Mainland China through June 2005. On March 25, 2005, Mr. Lindley agreed to extend his service under such arrangement through June 2006. We also mutually agreed to consider an earlier repatriation date if the companys or Mr. Lindleys circumstances change before that date.
