Schedule of Indemnification Agreements for Directors and Officers (April–May 2021)

This document lists individuals who have entered into indemnification agreements with the company on various dates in April and May 2021. The agreements are designed to protect these individuals—likely directors and officers—from certain legal liabilities arising from their roles with the company. The schedule identifies each indemnitee and the date their agreement was executed. The terms of the agreements are substantially identical to the form previously filed as Exhibit 10.1.
