Amendment to Severance Arrangements for David Drinkwater by Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Limited
Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Limited have approved an amendment to the severance arrangements for David Drinkwater, their Senior Advisor. The amendment changes Mr. Drinkwater's employment termination date to March 31, 2009, as recommended to the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. All other terms and conditions remain as previously agreed.
