Amendment to Severance Arrangements for David Drinkwater between Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Limited
Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Limited have approved an amendment to the severance arrangements for David Drinkwater, their Senior Advisor. The amendment changes the date of his employment termination, as previously defined in his agreement dated November 11, 2008, to March 31, 2009. All other terms and conditions remain as recommended to the committee.
