Revised Summary of Compensation Arrangement for Named Executive Officers of NMT Medical, Inc.
This document outlines the 2007 compensation details for the named executive officers of NMT Medical, Inc. John E. Ahern, President and CEO, will receive an annual salary of $400,000, no bonus for 2006, and 50,000 stock options granted in 2006. Richard E. Davis, Executive Vice President and CFO, will receive an annual salary of $300,000 and a $135,000 bonus for 2006, with no stock options granted. Mr. Davis's bonus is paid according to his employment agreement dated May 20, 2004.
