Closing Certificate and Agreement (Moffett Business Center) between Network Appliance, Inc. and BNP Paribas Leasing Corporation
This agreement is between Network Appliance, Inc. (NAI) and BNP Paribas Leasing Corporation (BNPPLC) regarding the Moffett Business Center property. BNPPLC is acquiring the property and leasing it to NAI, with provisions for NAI to potentially purchase the property later.
