Executive Vice President Appointment and Compensation Letter – Rick Smith and Multi Packaging Solutions
This letter confirms the appointment of Rick Smith as Executive Vice President, Asia, Corporate Development and Technical Services at Multi Packaging Solutions, effective December 1, 2014. Rick will report directly to the CEO, Marc Shore. His annual salary will increase to £185,000, and his bonus potential will rise to 40%. All other employment terms remain unchanged. Rick is required to sign and return the letter to confirm his acceptance of these changes.
