Guangzhou Donghe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. leases office space to Ji Da Information (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from March 15, 2003, to March 14, 2005, for a monthly rent of RMB 37,662.4. The lessee must use the property as office space, cannot sublease, and needs written consent for modifications.
