Summary
This document confirms that the notice of non-renewal for the Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (No. 3051683) issued by Bank of America N.A. for the benefit of Comerica Bank and at the request of MTI Technology Corporation has been rescinded. The automatic extension terms of the letter of credit are reinstated, and all other terms remain unchanged. The letter of credit is now extended to June 30, 2005. The agreement is signed by authorized representatives of Bank of America N.A.
