ESS Licence Agreement between ESS Farnborough Offices LLP and FACES Division of Monotype Imaging Ltd (July 10, 2009)
This agreement is between ESS Farnborough Offices LLP (the Owner) and FACES Division of Monotype Imaging Ltd (the Licensee). It grants the Licensee the right to use Suite 2.3 at Unit 2 Perrywood Business Park, Surrey, for 12 months starting September 1, 2009, with a monthly licence fee of £1,500 plus VAT. The Licensee is responsible for a service retainer and additional monthly costs for phone and IT lines.
