Subscription Agreement between Model Performance Acquisition Corp. and First Euro Investments Limited
Model Performance Acquisition Corp. and First Euro Investments Limited have entered into an agreement where First Euro Investments Limited will purchase 1,437,499 Class B ordinary shares of the company for $25,000. The agreement is subject to the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association, and the shares will be registered in the name of First Euro Investments Limited. Both parties signed the agreement on January 14, 2021.

The undersigned hereby subscribes for 1,437,499 Class B ordinary shares (the “Shares”) of the Company. In consideration for the issue of the Shares, the undersigned hereby agrees and undertakes to pay $25,000.00 to the Company.
We agree to take the Shares subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and we authorize you to enter the following name and address in the stockholders ledger of the Company:
