Agreement to Extend Expiration Date of Secured Promissory Note between Thomas Arnost and Mobiquity Technologies, Inc.
Thomas Arnost and Mobiquity Technologies, Inc. have agreed to extend the due date of a secured promissory note with an outstanding balance of $322,000. The new maturity date is December 31, 2015, and all other terms and conditions of the original note remain unchanged. This agreement is confirmed in writing and accepted by both parties.
