Irwin J. Gruverman Resignation Letter to MFIC Corporation (Director and Chairman Emeritus)
Irwin J. Gruverman has submitted his resignation, effective September 17, 2007, from his positions as Director and Chairman Emeritus of MFIC Corporation. With this resignation, and following his earlier resignation from other offices in April 2007, he confirms that he no longer holds any office or title with the company. Gruverman remains a significant stockholder and expresses willingness to assist MFIC in the future if needed.

Effective today I am resigning as a Director and as Chairman Emeritus of MFIC. Together with my previous resignation of certain offices in April 2007, with today’s resignation I no longer hold any office or title with MFIC.
