Extension Letter for Value Added Remarketing Agreement between InterSystems Corporation and MEDecision Inc.
InterSystems Corporation notifies MEDecision Inc. that although their Value Added Remarketing Agreement has expired, the current terms and pricing will remain in effect until December 31, 2006. Both parties intend to finalize a new agreement by January 1, 2007. This letter serves as a temporary extension to maintain business continuity while a new contract is negotiated.
