PURCHASER HEREBY SELLS AND CONVEYS TO SELLER THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRADE-IN EQUIPMENT AND WARRANTS IT TO BE FREE AND CLEAR OF ALL CLAIMS, LIENS, SECURITY INTERESTS AND ENCUMBRANCES EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SHOWN ABOVE. 1.
