Termination of Severance and Change of Control Agreement between Douglas L. Schmick and the Company
Douglas L. Schmick confirms in writing to Bill Freeman, the CEO, that his severance and change of control agreement with the Company is terminated as of January 12, 2009, coinciding with his resignation as Chief Executive Officer. This document formalizes the end of any severance or change of control benefits for Schmick from that date onward.
