The client will provide necessary bank statements and supporting documents, while the accountant will coordinate with auditors and legal counsel. The fee is a $1,500 retainer for the first 15 hours, with additional work billed at $100 per hour. All non-public information will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
