Letter Amendment to Exhibit A of Supplier Agreement #MS50662 between Masimo Corporation and Novation, LLC
Masimo Corporation and Novation, LLC have agreed to amend their existing Supplier Agreement #MS50662, effective February 1, 2007. The amendment updates Exhibit A to reflect price decreases for certain products, changes in unit of measure for several items, and updates to product descriptions. Both parties have formally accepted these changes, which are intended to clarify pricing and product details under the agreement.
