Extension Letter to Novation Agreement (MS50662) between Masimo Corporation and Novation, LLC
Masimo Corporation and Novation, LLC have agreed to extend their existing agreement (MS50662) regarding Masimo Pulse Oximetry until December 31, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties' representatives.
