Marizyme, Inc. has offered Dr. Donald Very the position of Executive Vice President of Research and Development, effective December 2, 2020. The agreement provides an annual salary of $250,000, a potential bonus of 25% of salary based on objectives to be determined, 40,000 stock options vesting quarterly over three years (subject to board approval), and health insurance coverage. The position will pay $250,000 annually, a bonus of 25% of salary based upon discretionary objectives to be outlined, have 40,000 options for common stock with an exercise price of $1.25, vesting quarterly over three years, subject to approval by the Company’s Board of Directors, and provide health insurance coverage.
