Summary
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Asset Management have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement for the Warrington Fund L.P. through June 30, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the letter. This renewal ensures continued management services for the fund under the same terms as before.
