Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Asset Management LLC
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Asset Management LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement for the Warrington Futures Fund L.P. through June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. This document serves as a formal notice of the renewal and does not introduce any new obligations or changes beyond the extension of the agreement's term.
