Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Asset Management, LLC (Managed Futures Premier Warrington Fund L.P.)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Asset Management, LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement for the Managed Futures Premier Warrington Fund L.P. through June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the renewal letter.
