Management Agreement Renewal between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Management, L.P. (Smith Barney Warrington Fund L.P.)
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Warrington Management, L.P. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for the Smith Barney Warrington Fund L.P. through June 30, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by signatures from both parties. This extension ensures continued management services for the specified commodity pool for an additional year.
