Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd.
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement, which covers several commodity pools, through June 30, 2012. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by both parties signing this letter. This extension ensures continued management services for the listed funds under the same conditions as before.
