Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. (June 2012)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal applies to multiple funds managed by AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. Both parties have acknowledged the extension by signing this letter.
