Management Agreement Renewal between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Inc. for Commodity Pools
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2005. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal covers multiple funds, including Smith Barney AAA Energy Fund L.P. and others. Both parties must acknowledge the extension by signing and returning the letter.
