Management Agreement Renewal between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Inc. for Smith Barney AAA Energy Fund L.P.
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement for the Smith Barney AAA Energy Fund L.P. through September 30, 2005. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by signatures from both parties. This letter serves as formal notice and requires acknowledgment from AAA Capital Management Inc.
