Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Inc.
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and AAA Capital Management Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreement for the Smith Barney AAA Energy Fund L.P. through June 30, 2008. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
