Summary
LSI Corporation outlines the annual fees paid to its outside Directors for serving on the Board and its committees. Outside Directors receive a base fee of $60,000, with additional fees for serving as Chairman or as members or Chairmen of the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Each outside Director also receives an annual option to purchase 30,000 shares of common stock. Inside Directors do not receive extra compensation for Board service.

LSI Corporation Director Fees
The following table shows the fees that we pay our outside Directors for their service on our Board of Directors and its committees.

In addition, each outside Director receives annually an option to purchase 30,000 shares of our common stock.
Inside Directors do not receive any additional compensation for their service on our Board of Directors.
