Office Renewal Agreement between Regus and China Clean & Renewable Energy Ltd. (Hong Kong, Shui On Plaza)
This agreement is between Regus and China Clean & Renewable Energy Ltd. for the renewal of office space at Shui On Plaza, Hong Kong. The customer is offered three renewal options for different terms (12, 6, or 3 months) with corresponding monthly fees. Additional service fees apply for internet, telecom, beverages, and clean-up. The customer selected the 3-month renewal option. If no response is received by August 12, 2008, the agreement will terminate at the end of the current term. The renewal starts on September 1, 2008.

Note: Kindly note that since your existing contract had already terminated, office 286 is available for sell from 1 Sep-08 and is served on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
