Lifeline Systems, Inc. 2006 Executive Officer Compensation Arrangements
Lifeline Systems, Inc. has set the 2006 base salaries for its executive officers, including the President and CEO, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice Presidents, with amounts specified for each individual. Most executive officers are also eligible to participate in the 2006 Officer Incentive Plan, except for Leonard E. Wechsler, who receives bonuses under a separate employment agreement.
