Addendum No. 1 to Contract #11/14 Between South Distributing Company, Ltd. and Lepota, Inc.
This addendum extends the expiration date of the original contract between South Distributing Company, Ltd. (the Buyer) and Lepota, Inc. (the Supplier) until December 31, 2017, unless either party chooses to terminate the agreement earlier by providing 30 days' written notice. The addendum is signed by representatives of both parties and dated February 25, 2016.

Supplier and Buyer make the following terms and conditions part of the Contract:
