Extension Agreement to Contract of Sale between TR Hidden Lake Partners, Ltd. and Triple Net Properties, LLC

Summary

This letter agreement is between TR Hidden Lake Partners, Ltd. (the seller) and Triple Net Properties, LLC (the purchaser). It extends the Feasibility Period under their existing Contract of Sale to June 2, 2006, allowing the purchaser more time to complete due diligence. The extension is confirmed by the seller's signature. No other terms of the original contract are changed by this agreement.
