Amendment to License Agreement between Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. and Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center
Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. and the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center have agreed to extend the deadline for Kythera to meet all performance milestones under their existing License Agreement by twenty-four months. This extension was requested by Kythera and approved by LA Biomed, as confirmed in this signed letter. All other terms of the original License Agreement remain unchanged.
