State of Florida Department of State Certificate of Franchise for Knology, Inc.
The State of Florida has granted Knology, Inc. the authority to provide cable and video services in specified service areas, as described in the attached document. This certificate also allows Knology, Inc. to construct, maintain, and operate facilities in public rights-of-way or waters, subject to obtaining any necessary permits or authorizations. The authority is valid as long as Knology, Inc. or its successor lawfully operates the service. The certificate was issued on June 10, 2008, by the Florida Secretary of State.

I further certify that authority to construct, maintain, and operate facilities through, upon, over, and under any public right-of-way or waters, subject to the applicable governmental permitting or authorization from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, is hereby granted.
This grant of authority is subject to lawful operation of the cable or video service by the applicant or its successor in interest.
