Amendment No. 4 to Vencor, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan

Summary

This amendment, effective February 16, 2001, modifies the Vencor, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan by eliminating Section 3.6, which provided for benefit accruals in the event of a change in control.
