2006 Base Salary Approval for Named Executive Officers of LG&E and KU
E.ON U.S.'s Compensation Group approved new base salaries for the named executive officers of LG&E and KU, effective December 19, 2005. The agreement lists the 2006 base salaries for five executives: Chris Hermann, John R. McCall, S. Bradford Rives, Paul W. Thompson, and Victor A. Staffieri. In December 2005, the Compensation Group of E.ON U.S. approved base salary increases for executive officers for 2006. The 2006 salaries for LG&E’s and KU’s named executive officers are as follows:
